New Paint Class Red Slaad, with Painter Sara on Saturday, April 12th, from 11am to 4pm, 4 Seats Maximum

Hello, All.
I’ll be hosting a ‘Learning to Paint’ class for beginners. We’ll use the "Red Slaad Paint Kit" by Nolzur’s Marvelous Miniatures which includes paints, brushes, pallets, and the mini. Everything you need to paint the mini will be supplied, and goes home with you at the end of the class! I’ll talk a bit about acrylic paints and their properties, how to apply a good base coat to a miniature, and different techniques like dry brushing, washing, layering, and thinning for color tinting translucent parts (wings in the case of the Hellwasp Kits). The "Red Slaad" Kit presents a chance to learn about painting Teeth, Claws, and the Monsrous Form of this Deadly Aberration.
At the end of the class you’ll have a painted miniature you can take home, the supplies from the kit, and the skills to paint more!

Player character growth and development are the biggest reasons I fell in love with D&D. While it can be overwhelming your very first time, the hours you toil away during character creation will be worth it.
