Refunds
Our return policy for gaming sessions purchased online or in store are non-refundable, but your ticket bookings can be transferred, with more than 24 hours notice, before the start of the game session. This can be done by emailing us at info@rpgdungeons.com, or simply confirming the transfer with a staff member on the RPG Dungeons discord server. Perishable items purchased in store are non-refundable at the time of purchase. All other retail products are non-refundable once the customer has taken possession of or used the product.
