About this experience
Fell magic and deadly monsters are the perils one faces when traveling in the Forgotten Realms. Even farms and freeholds within a day’s walk of a city can fall prey to monsters, and no place is safe from the sudden wrath of a dragon. Steel-hearted adventurers from backcountry farmsteads and sleepy villages follow tales of strange, glorious, faraway places. Good maps and clear trails can take even an inexperienced youth with dreams of glory far across the world, but these paths are never safe.

level 1 base stats:
Method 1: 18, 16, 14, 13, 10, 8 or
Method 2: point buy or
Method 3: Standard array.
Starting gear from class and background plus 40gp, 2 regular healing potions (2d4+2).
**for race choice, be prepared to discuss with DM on backstory tie in for any races not present in forgotten realms (i.e. Ebberon and other MTG races) **

Greetings Travelers,
What fanciful tales do you bring to the altar of adventure?
My name is Hayley and I have been a Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast since 2015 when my local board and card gaming group decided to take the risk and give tabletop gaming a try. I have been running D&D 5e games as a GM since 2016.
The reason I enjoy tabletop games so much is the experience of cooperative storytelling. The ideas and stories that develop from players are just as entertaining to me as a high fantasy novel series. I love running games for new players as well as games for veterans looking to get their latest game fix. I look forward to meeting everyone and telling epic stories together.
